You can first try this with your regular Google account, but this will likely not work, because it’s probably already associated with the country you’re from. Unfortunately we found that on the day that we tested this, PayPal had been removed as a payment method for the American version of HBO Max, as well as many other countries. PayPal, however, is still available in a few select countries. Such as Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Serbia. How to Watch HBO Max USA with a foreign account (Worldwide)
